Skyline Chili Dip Our Famous Skyline Chili Dip

One 12 oz. package softened cream cheese
One 13 oz. frozen Skyline Chili thawed OR one 15 oz. can of Skyline Chili
¼ cup diced onions (optional)
12 oz. Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese

Spread softened cream cheese evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 microwaveable casserole dish. Heat chili according to package directions. Pour heated Skyline Chili over cream cheese. Sprinkle diced onions (optional) on top of chili. Cover with Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese.

Conventional oven: heat at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Microwave oven: heat on high for 2 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with nacho or corn chips.

Skyline Layered Party Dip Skyline Layered Party Dip

One 8 oz. carton sour cream
One 13 oz. frozen Skyline Chili OR one 15 oz. can of Skyline Chili
8 oz. Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese
One tomato coarsely chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce
Diced black olives

Heat chili according to package directions. Spread sour cream evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Pour heated Skyline Chili over sour cream. Cover with Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese. Top with coarsely chopped tomato, lettuce and diced olives.

Serve with nacho or corn chips.

Skybites

Makes 2 dozen

½ cup softened butter
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup flour
¼ cup diced onions
One 13 oz. frozen Skyline Chili thawed OR one 15 oz. can of Skyline Chili
8 oz. Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese
Hot Sauce (optional)

2 mini muffin pans (12 each)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix butter and cream cheese thoroughly. Add flour and beat until well blended. Place a teaspoon of dough mixture into each mini muffin cup. Use your fingers to shape dough to fit.

Heat Skyline Chili according to directions. Place a tablespoon of heated chili in each cup. Sprinkle diced onions on top of Skyline Chili. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and place one teaspoon of finely shredded mild cheddar cheese on top of each muffin. Return to oven just until cheese melts. Serve immediately and with a drop of hot sauce (optional).

Skybites may be frozen for later use. If frozen, preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 10-15 minutes.

Skyline Chili Queso Dip

One 10.5 oz. can of Skyline Chili
One 8 oz. package of Mexican mild OR original Velveeta® cheese chopped into ½ inch cubes
One small can of Rotel®, drained (optional)

Microwave directions
In microwave safe bowl, melt Velveeta cheese for approximately 2 minutes. (Microwave temperatures may vary.)
Stir in Skyline Chili and Rotel (optional) and blend with large spoon.
Heat for 1 ½ minutes in microwave, stir.

Stove top directions
Over medium low heat, blend Skyline Chili, Rotel and Velveeta cheese together. Stir continuously until Velveeta cheese is thoroughly melted and all ingredients are completely blended.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Skyline Chili Queso Dip will thicken as it cools. May be reheated in microwave.

Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

Skyline Chili Pizza

One Boboli® type precooked pizza crust
One 13 oz. frozen Skyline Chili thawed OR one 15 oz. can of Skyline Chili
8 oz. Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced onions (optional)
Hot Sauce (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread Skyline Chili over pizza crust.
Top with Skyline shredded mild cheddar cheese and onions (optional).

Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
