Make these incredibly delicious dishes with Skyline Chili.

Skyline Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 24 oz bag Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien​
• 8 oz container of sour cream​
• 14 oz pouch of Skyline Chili pouch
• 12 oz bag of Skyline Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2.  Mix potatoes and sour cream in a large bowl.
  3.  Spread mixture evenly in a 9×13 baking dish.​
  4.  Cook potatoes for 40 minutes.​
  5.  Heat Skyline Chili pouch in microwave per instructions on the back of pouch.​
  6.  Spread over potatoes.
  7.  Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.​
  8.  Bake additional 15 minutes.

Skyline Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of pre-cooked (no boiling needed) lasagna noodles
  • 2 15 oz cans of Skyline Chili
  • 15-oz container of ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz bag of Skyline Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Onions
  • Optional: beans, and Skyline Hot Sauce

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray a casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray
  3. Place a layer of lasagna noodles
  4. Add 1/3 of ricotta cheese
  5. Add 1/3 of Skyline Chili
  6. Optional: Add 1/3 chopped onion or beans
  7. Add 2 oz. of Skyline Mild Cheddar Cheese
  8. Repeat steps 3-7 two more times
  9. Add remainder of Skyline Cheddar Cheese to top layer
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes
  11. Let sit for 10 – 15 minutes before serving

For Extra Skyline Flavor: 

For a little heat, use habanero cheese instead of mild cheddar. For a little crunch, sprinkle Skyline oyster crackers on top. 

Skyline Chili Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Crescent roll dough
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 can of Skyline Chili
  • 12 oz bag of Skyline Chili Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray muffin pan
  3. Press rolls into pan
  4. Add to each roll: 1 cube of cream cheese, 2 large spoons of chili, 1 oz of cheddar cheese
  5. Fold dough to close top
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  7. Best served warm from oven

Skyline Chili Tots

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Tater Tots
  • 14 oz pouch of Skyline Chili
  • 12 oz bag of Skyline Chili Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Optional: Diced onion and yellow mustard (optional)

Recipe:

1. Cook frozen tater tots in oven until extra crispy (follow directions on pkg.)
2. Microwave two 14 oz. pouches of Skyline Chili on high for 2-1/2 minutes
3. Spread chili evenly in medium sized casserole dish
4. Add layer of tots on top of chili
5. Add 6 oz. finely chopped onion, drizzle with yellow mustard
6. Top with two 12 oz. bags of Skyline Chili Shredded Cheddar Cheese
7. Serve with Skyline Chili Hot Sauce

Skyline Chili Dip

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz of cream cheese
  • 14 oz pouch of Skyline Chili
  • 12 oz bag of Skyline Chili Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spread 12 ounces of cream cheese into 9 x 13” pan
  3. Microwave 13 to 15 ounces of Skyline Chili on high for 2 minutes
  4. Pour chili evenly over the cream cheese layer
  5. Place pan in preheated oven for 10 minutes
  6. Remove from oven, top with 12 ounces of Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes, then enjoy with tortilla chips.

 

Skyline Chili Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Pizza Crust
  • 15 oz can of Skyline Chili
  • Onions
  • Mustard
  • 12 oz bag of Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Lightly spray raised lip pizza crust with pan spray
  3. Bake crust for 5 minutes
  4. Shake 15 ounce can of Skyline Chili and spread evenly over crust
  5. Return to oven and bake for additional 7 minutes
  6. Remove from oven, top with onions, mustard and Skyline Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  7. Let stand for 4 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
