Cook 1 pound of bow tie pasta noodles in a pot of salted water (about 1 teaspoon) per the instructions on the package (usually 10-12 minutes).
When Pasta is done, save 3 tbsp of pasta water in a large bowl, drain pasta and put in large bowl and with 3 tbsp of pasta water and toss.
Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
In another bowl add:
Mix well and toss in the cooled pasta
Pour in half of a bottle of Skyline Greek Salad Dressing and mix well to taste. Can add more dressing as desired.
Yields – 6-8 side dish servings
Pro Tip – always serve with Skyline Oyster Crackers and Skyline Hot Sauce on the side OR make a cracker topping for the salad!

For a little heat, use habanero cheese instead of mild cheddar. For a little crunch, sprinkle Skyline oyster crackers on top.

1. Cook frozen tater tots in oven until extra crispy (follow directions on pkg.)
2. Microwave two 14 oz. pouches of Skyline Chili on high for 2-1/2 minutes
3. Spread chili evenly in medium sized casserole dish
4. Add layer of tots on top of chili
5. Add 6 oz. finely chopped onion, drizzle with yellow mustard
6. Top with two 12 oz. bags of Skyline Chili Shredded Cheddar Cheese
7. Serve with Skyline Chili Hot Sauce
